• Personal Production – Experienced Loan Officers who desire to focus on originating mortgage loans can receive up to a 94% commission payout. New Loan Officers just starting in the industry can work with a Mentor / Trainer while earning a 50% commission payout.

• Team Building – For those Loan Officers who also desire to build a team, we offer a multi-tiered commission structure, creating the opportunity to earn unlimited income in the form of residual commissions from Loan Officers that join your team.

Through our two Direct Lenders, HTLA Loan Officers can offer their services in the following 20 states:

Financially Strong Direct Lenders

HTLA is aligned with two direct lenders, offering both Conventional and Government loan products. Both lenders are led by seasoned, experienced management and offer strong financial support.

In today’s unique credit markets, conditions have dictated a trend towards Government backed mortgages. FHA loans now comprise almost 70 – 80% of loans being originated and closed in the U.S. Our 2 lenders are major players in this market.
