HTLA offers and delivers to our Loan Officers the capability to offer their services to customers on a nationwide basis. Our plan has crystallized around a few simple objectives:

To reward our agents with a high commission payout, both for the Personal Producer and the Team Builder.

To fully utilize today’s technology to originate and close more loans easier and faster.

With sophisticated Pre-Qualification systems, Live Loan Coordinators, Online Application Process, Automated Underwriting and Experienced, Excellent Processing, your world is about to change. The day you start your loans our lenders begin closing them.

Through relationships with our Direct Lenders we offer Conventional, FHA, VA, and Reverse Mortgages.

Upon joining HTLA, each Loan Officer will be given a choice of which one of these lenders to join. You can affiliate with only one these lenders at a time.

Once you are a member of HTLA, you will be able to review specific information about each of these lenders on the HTLA website, including downloading all employment forms and other information to assist you with making this choice.
